Scorer qualification can terminate a slow Azure EU response at the 20-second limit and leave its attempt cost unresolved. This raises the case and proxy limit to 30 seconds. The 5-second p50 and 10-second p95 limits and complete cost accounting remain enforced, and a timeout blocks further upstream attempts.
