Review found the update exceeds the unchanged 805 KiB initial-JS budget (807.1 KiB). A targeted bun update '@radix-ui/react-dialog' --filter roamgate-web refreshes cmdk's compatible transitive dependency to 1.3.1 and removes duplicate Radix primitives, without adding an override or changing the budget. Local frozen install, formatting, lint (one existing warning), both type-check paths, frontend build and four targeted overlay/select/model/settings regression suites pass. Initial JS is now 790.6 KiB (242.1 KiB gzip). Fresh hosted full CI is still required before merge; no manual browser/mobile validation performed.

Reviewed Popover 1.3.1 and the compatible transitive Dialog 1.3.1 refresh. Duplicated primitives are removed without overrides or relaxed budgets. Fresh exact-head full CI, Dependency Audit and CodeQL all pass. Also validated the combined tree against current main after the other dependency merges: frozen install, frontend build and 23 IME/overlay tests pass; initial JS is 790.6/805 KiB. See prior comment for broader focused checks and manual-browser validation limits.
