Released in Kotlin SDK 1.16.0. Duplicate check: no open or recent docs PR covers this; #735 (connector split) and #708 (managed tables) touch other lines.

• Client-Side Integration: throttle table and Kotlin sample now use SyncOptions(crudThrottle = ...) (a Duration) instead of the deprecated crudThrottleMs parameter. Verified against SyncOptions.kt and the @Deprecated connect() overload in PowerSyncDatabase.kt.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Kotlin appMetadata sample moved into SyncOptions, with a note that earlier versions pass it to connect() directly.
• Sync Streams client usage: Kotlin connection params sample moved into SyncOptions.
