AI Chatbot Project This project is a knowledge-based AI chatbot created by Zain Qamar as Task 1 for the Certura Internship.

What is This Project? This application is a simple but powerful chatbot that can hold a conversation. It has a welcome page that introduces the project and a chat screen where you can talk to the bot. The chatbot is designed to answer questions about itself, its creator, and the technology it uses.

How Does It Work? The chatbot's "brain" is a Python program that runs on a Flask web server. When you send a message, the bot uses a special library called spaCy to understand the meaning of your words. It then compares your question to a list of questions it already knows (its "knowledge base") to find the most similar one and give you the correct answer. The chat interface you see in the browser is built with standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
