This pull request updates the logic for retrieving agenda payments by sender in the
getAllAgendaPaymentBySenderfunction. The main change is to restrict the results to only those payments where the sender is the creator, rather than also including payments where the sender is a responsible member. The previous implementation is preserved as a commented-out block for reference.Agenda payment retrieval logic changes:
getAllAgendaPaymentBySenderto only include agenda payments where the sender is the creator (creator.telegram_id = $1), removing the condition that also included responsible members.
