Conversation
The Free plan has no backups; daily backups come with Starter, Pro and Business. Drop the unqualified backup claims from the shared CTA copy and say "daily backups on paid plans" where backups stay. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Open findings: none Change walkthroughThis PR edits seven CTA body strings in src/cta/clusters.ts so that backup claims about Prisma Postgres are qualified by plan tier. Backups exist only on Starter/Pro/Business ("daily, 7-day/30-day retention") and not on Free, so the shared CTAs — which render across most Data Guide pages — no longer state or imply that backups are universal. |

The shared Prisma Postgres CTAs (sidebar, inline and end-of-article copy in
src/cta/clusters.ts) render on most Data Guide pages, and several said backups are included without a plan qualifier. The Free plan has no backups, so this PR limits the backup wording to the paid plans.Changes
All changes are CTA body strings in
src/cta/clusters.ts. Titles, sidebar lines, destinations and UTM campaigns keep their current values.postgres_hostinginline and end: drop "backups" from the list of things you no longer provision or manage. The end body now opens with "a hosted Postgres database", matching the other CTAs.serverless_poolingend: "connection pooling, automated backups, and Query Insights included" becomes "connection pooling and Query Insights included".managed_opsinline: "with automated backups and connection pooling" becomes "with connection pooling built in and daily backups on paid plans".managed_opsend: "Hosted Postgres with automated backups, connection pooling, and Query Insights" becomes "Hosted Postgres with connection pooling and Query Insights on every plan, including Free".database_choiceinline: "with pooling and backups built in" becomes "with pooling built in and daily backups on paid plans".database_choiceend: "with connection pooling and backups built in" becomes "with connection pooling built in and a free plan".Sources checked 2026-10-15
Testing
git grep -i backup -- srcnow shows only the two "daily backups on paid plans" lines and the backup-considerations page map entry.npm testwithout installed dependencies fails the same 9 tests before and after this change (missing modules such asunifiedandgatsby-plugin-algolia); no test covers CTA strings.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
