Summary

Bumps the workspace to 0.10.0 to release the protocol change and security fixes on main since v0.9.2. FROST groups move to KFP v2, so every member of a group must upgrade together; the release notes carry the upgrade steps.

Verification

Run on this branch:

• RNG hygiene, fmt, clippy (-D warnings), and the workspace, keep-core, keep-frost-net and keep-cli test suites pass. main CI at the base commit is green on every job, including the Windows tests, Debian packages and the reproducible build.
• The real-relay multinode tests (signing, and learning followed by interactive signing) pass against a public relay.
• The release binaries pass an end-to-end run over a public relay:
  • a 3-of-4 trusted-dealer group, with shares moved between vaults as bech32 exports, signs through frost network sign; the signature passes frost verify and an independent BIP-340 check;
  • a v0.9.2 node joining the group is reported by v0.10.0 nodes as running protocol v1, and v0.9.2 imports a v0.10.0 JSON export;
  • three vaults run the DKG ceremony (group-subkey, group-create --publish, dkg --group-id), derive the same group key, and the group signs with a verified signature.
  • vaults written by the v0.7.5 and v0.9.2 release binaries open with v0.10.0, list their FROST shares, and sign; the signatures pass an independent BIP-340 check.
