…d dev 432 disagreements in 172 documents, grouped by type with excerpts and remedies. The catalogue header now lists the gold origin counts and, when model drafts are included, says a disagreement with them is not necessarily an error.

Summary
docs/error_catalogue.md: the disagreements ofcrf-batches-01-02with the 172 model-drafted dev records (batch-03+batch-06), by type, with excerpts and proposed remedies. There are 432 in all:errorsnow writes the gold origin counts in the header and, when model drafts are included, states that a disagreement with them is not necessarily an error. Tests updated.Linked from the README results section and the model card's known failure modes.
The test split is not touched.
