chore: update dependencies to latest - #294

Bump all remaining workspace dependencies after the Nx 24 upgrade. Major bumps: - puppeteer 24 -> 25, @puppeteer/replay 3 -> 4 - vitest / @vitest/coverage-v8 4 -> 5 - concurrently 9 -> 10 - @commitlint/cli and config-angular 20 -> 21 - eslint-import-resolver-typescript 3 -> 4 - @types/node 24 -> 26 Held back on purpose: - typescript stays on 6.0.x (typescript-eslint peer range is <6.1) - eslint stays on 9.x (eslint-plugin-import peer range is ^9) - webpack-dev-server stays on 5.x (@nx/webpack peer range is ^5) The CLI package runtime dependencies are aligned with the workspace versions, including yargs ^18 which the CLI is already built and tested against.

Plus minor/patch bumps for lighthouse, prettier, tsx, tslib, yargs, enquirer, rxjs, jest, jest-environment-jsdom, ts-jest, verdaccio, webpack-cli, eslint, @eslint/js, @eslint/eslintrc, @types/yargs.

Locally (Node 26):
build,test, andlintpass for cli, nx-plugin, nx-plugin-integration and user-flow-example (cli: 12 files / 74 tests).cli-e2efails locally onmainas well, because a Node 26 deprecation warning lands on stderr and the tests assert on an empty stderr. CI runs Node 22, so e2e needs to be validated here.
