A wheel-only install currently crashes on cachier --help because the installed entry point imports Click, which is declared only in the test requirements. Declare Click as a runtime dependency so the CLI works after an ordinary install.

Fixes #402. Also addresses item 4 in #367.

Validation: built wheels before and after the change and installed each into a separate fresh Python 3.12 virtual environment with no test dependencies. The original wheel raises ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'click'; the updated wheel installs Click transitively and displays CLI help successfully. Existing CLI tests: 3 passed. Repository Ruff check passed.

Prepared with AI assistance; the failure and clean-install fix were verified locally.
