Missing --format csv: contract requires markdown|json|csv, only markdown|json supported #14
Description
The quantcli shared contract (§4 Output format) specifies three formats: markdown (default), json, and csv. cmd/format.go only handles markdown and json:

Cronometer's underlying export endpoints already return CSV (it's literally what csvToJSON is parsing for nutrition and notes), so a passthrough/re-emit would be cheap. Sister CLIs in the org are expected to support csv as a spreadsheet-friendly format.
Expected:
--format csvproduces a header row + data rows on stdout- Help text and
primeenumerate csv as a valid choice (currentlyprimeadvertises only markdown/json — also wrong)
