prime advertises only markdown/json; should mention csv (per contract) and use canonical 'crono-export auth status' text #22

Description

@DTTerastar

Two minor doc/prime issues uncovered while cross-checking what prime claims:

  1. cmd/prime.go::primeText enumerates only two formats:

    OUTPUT FORMATS
      Default: narrow, fitdown-style markdown ...
      --format json Pretty-printed JSON ARRAY of full rows. ...

    Per the contract, the format vocabulary is markdown|json|csv. Either implement csv (see Missing --format csv: contract requires markdown|json|csv, only markdown|json supported #14) and document it here, or have prime explicitly say "csv is intentionally not implemented for this CLI" — silently omitting it makes LLM agents assume it's available.

  2. The root Long description in cmd/root.go says:

    Default output is narrow, fitdown-style markdown; pass --format json for the full structured row.

    It would be useful to mention auth status and prime here too, since those are the two contract-required subcommands and they currently don't show up in any command's help except the top-level Available Commands list.

  3. The prime GOTCHAS section calls the string-vs-typed inconsistency in nutrition/notes JSON a "gotcha" — that should be a bug, not a documented quirk (see nutrition/notes JSON values are all strings, inconsistent with servings/biometrics/exercises (typed numbers) #17).

Severity: cosmetic

    Subpoint 3 (the typed-vs-string GOTCHA) is moot as of v1.0.0 — #17 made nutrition/notes JSON values typed, and the GOTCHAS section was updated to reflect that. Subpoints 1 (csv in prime, blocked on #14) and 2 (root Long should mention auth status / prime) still stand.
