A first version that seems to work, with a little help from an LLM.

Apparently, library() call is needed on .onAttach. This will trigger CRAN warnings, but apparently tidyverse got away with it.

Only have to add tmap.mapgl, but I'll wait for CRAN acceptance.

Could you review this in the meantime?

Shall we deploy GH pages? We still need GH workflow checks.

Now that tmap.mapgl is on CRAN, I can submit tmapverse.
