The user later approved S06–S08/COD-57–COD-59 only. Fixes are in PR153 head d6dd34493e9da6f80847240bafcc92dbcaed2c38; run40426019260 passed all22 jobs, with actual named Mac/Windows execution verified. Immutable hosted qualification evidence. COD-57/58/59 are Done; COD-51 and COD-61 stay Backlog, other implementation gates/milestone remain open. PR153 is still unmerged. No packaging/discovery/cursor/lock-mode work, aggregate consumer qualification, merge/deploy/restart is inferred.

Policy decisions completed — implementation not authorized

Current spec revision0.10 at 1a9db7b558b60248888408daa6268a3b45f2f0df records all explicit choices D01–D05, including corrected D03b B. The spec links immutable per-decision records. Latest: D05d plain Windows Cargo default JSON/FTS extension bytes, with compiler/native-library/DLL prerequisites separate from prebuilt bundling.

The original proposed revision and review evidence below remain historical references. Exact implementation scope/approval, actual native/consumer/shell/source-install qualification and COD-60 inclusion/deferral remain outstanding. This docs-only PR has no product source/constants changes and does not authorize merge, deployment or live-service restart.

Publish the proposed CBG-PLAT-01 platform-maintenance spec and durable evidence so the user-requested Linear Maintenance backlog can link an immutable Git revision.

User authorized creating issues using the spec workflow in Maintenance, CodebaseGraph workspace. This authorizes this proposed docs/backlog publication only. No implementation, policy selection, merge, deployment, CI rerun or live-service restart is authorized. Existing COPY/disk-cleanup approvals remain unchanged. This docs PR is intentionally stacked on PR153 and targets its branch; it does not alter PR153 code or claim approval by opening a PR.

Canonical spec rev0.11, fullSHA8a410c7a22f5291f06a1cece5cd9e7c0be255e72, and exact amendment approval replace only D05a with current stable macOS on Apple Silicon only. Drop13.3 execution/older-version support qualification; keep actual current-release final-archive/runtime/failure evidence. Hosted CI may supply it when its actual OS/build and no-external-Homebrew/OpenSSL runtime conditions are demonstrated. Existing13.3 deployment target remains build metadata; productsource855c7e282a27de4afbad2d4252d7692de4b42ecb and previous reviews/archive hashes stay unchanged.
