Add a two-level Software Support Matrix section under the docs root: - docs/software-support-matrix/README.md: overview page listing covered platforms (Rockchip for now; Allwinner/Qualcomm to follow) - docs/software-support-matrix/rockchip.md: Rockchip OS support matrix (Yocto / Radxa OS (Debian) / OpenWrt / Armbian / Android / FnOS / OpenHarmony / Deepin across RK SoC product families) Restructured into a directory so future platform sub-matrices can be added as sibling pages under the same overview.

Both columns have zero supported products in the current data, so they are omitted until the source sheet is updated.

Summary
Add a Software Support Matrix section to the docs root, starting with a Rockchip (RK) sub-matrix that consolidates OS support status (Yocto / Radxa OS (Debian) / OpenWrt / Armbian / Android / FnOS / OpenHarmony / Deepin) across Radxa Rockchip-based products, grouped by SoC (PX30 → RK358x).
Structure is two-level on purpose: the overview page leaves room for additional platform sub-matrices (e.g. Allwinner, Qualcomm) to be added as sibling pages later.
