INTERFACE-9: pruning shrinks only one stored copy of a sealed bundle and rescans every seal

Dormant (aggregation off). Deferred from v0.6: a fix needs pruning to rewrite stored block bodies and a height index for seals. From the rVM report v2.

Not fixed for v0.6.1: shrinking the stored block bodies gives up the raw-form fallback that sealed-form sync serves, and moves startup replay onto the pruned path — a design decision. The height-index half (stop rescanning every seal) is node-only and can land separately. Dormant: no chain carries an aggregation section.
