Description

First update since the extension landed. Two things:

• Field descriptions are visible on the form. A text or number field without a placeholder shows its description as the placeholder, and any other field shows it as a line above. Before, the description hid behind the field's ⓘ icon. Contributed by @ievlevpn (feat(form): show field descriptions instead of hiding them in a tooltip chhoumann/raycast-quickadd#22).
• Store pictures 1 and 3 retaken without the text caret, as asked in the first review. Same frame and padding as before.
