I'd probably make the most important info more obvious
I know it's short, but it's got a bit of a "wall o' text" vibe
you want to make it really easy to submit ideas for talks
take as much work off the submitter as possible.

Call To Action => Biggest top left etc.. design flow + cover What, Where, When, Why, How and also, you are selling/marketing so perhaps change What we want? to What we'd like?
