Add CLI integration tests that build real ext4 images and inspect them with e2fsck and debugfs. Cover host imports, directory indexes, extent trees, ownership, Unix metadata and symlinks, and invalid inputs. Add ignored OCI tests for registry and Docker daemon sources. Add GitHub Actions jobs for formatting and clippy, unit and CLI tests on Linux and Windows, and OCI tests on Linux. Document the test commands and coverage, and add tempfile for test fixtures. Note the known debugfs htree checksum diagnostic in AGENTS.md. Local checks: cargo fmt --check and cargo clippy --all-targets pass; 67 unit tests and 9 CLI tests pass.
