The public status page treated the browser-relative indexer proxy as a server URL, so it reported the healthy Render indexer as unreachable. This resolves server health checks against the public indexer, keeps
/statusdynamic, and adds focused URL-resolution tests.It also adds the Resolve logo and favicon, consolidates case-colliding deployment documentation, expands the GitBook submission and maintainer guidance, and removes the redundant GitBook configuration file.
