Introduce independent Brake/Throttle/Speed/RPM channel palettes, expand the pedal meter to 15 solid-color segments, restyle shift lights and the steering arc (37 fine ticks, 150 degrees), and add wgpu radial underglow behind the gear and speed readouts. History curve geometry remains the Phase 2A.4 additive ribbon; only the new palette is applied.
