The command pages were rebuilt from --help output of revision 1880d04. They now come from a real export of v0.13.0-rc.5 (824aefd). The reconstruction held: 147 pages change only in their source line. The ci pages pick up the new rig ci status description, and rig account and rig account delete get pages, examples and a directory entry. Every example parses against that revision.
