Translation to Spanish language

I would like to translate your app, but I'm not sure if systemdatascope.ts in 'translations' folder is updated to the last version. Can you confirm me that?

SDS is not really translatable (at least not yet). It generates the graphs using https://github.com/rinigus/systemdatascope/blob/master/tools/systemdatascope-makeconfig and those strings are not exposed at all. Unfortunately, I don't have time right now to deal with it - would like to finish few things with the other app before coming back and updating collectd/SDS
