Hi, I'm Isaac 👋

Facilitator, filmmaker, ultrarunner, builder. I run Rubinstein Productions, a voice lab for mission-driven professionals.

I build small, no-framework tools and write about the body in the attention economy.

Now: PureLand

PureLand is the project I'm working on. It asks one question: can a way of handling information give you more control over your own attention without also making you easier to exploit?

It is a research-program prototype and a forkable toolbox. Version 0.1. The instruments are unvalidated, and the only record so far is one partial dry run. Start at the front page. Fork the repository to run the method on a practice of your own. Corrections and field tests are welcome.
