Validate the Lab 1 smoke test workflow in the student fork.

Changes

• Adds the Lab 1 pull request template.
• Adds the Lab 1 submission report.
• Adds the Juice Shop smoke test workflow.

Testing

• GitHub Actions should run Lab 1 smoke test for this pull request.
