feat: CDA carteira and latest/multi-month quotes on public MCP

Summary

• Public Worker cvm_fund now covers the Mais Retorno raw-fund layer: RCVM 175 catalog, INF_DIARIO (latest month or months 1–3 lookback), CDA periods, and CDA holdings with CNPJ-streamed scan (CONFID = sigilo).
• Worker already deployed and smoke-tested on openfindata.com.br (health 0.3.2): catalog, periods 202607, daily latest + 2-month lookback, holdings on AMW (CONFID/PL) and BB RF Automático (BLC_2/BLC_8/PL).
• Charlie cvm_fund accepts omitted year/month (latest CDA / INF_DIARIO) and months lookback on daily. Lâmina/perfil still require an explicit month.

Test plan

• npm test in workers/mcp (22)
• pytest unit+API (347)
• Live Worker: periods, catalog, daily, holdings
• After merge: rebuild Charlie on VPS and smoke holdings without month + daily with months=2
