Remove the legacy JSX template-literal wrapper ({` and `}) around the
HTMLBlock table so the v2.0 renderer no longer prints literal braces.
Also correct two mailto typos: stray %60HY suffix on the To The New
contact and a trailing extra "m" on the Willowtree contact.
