Adds a new Clients section to the README, listing Browser-Phone - an open-source (AGPL-3.0) browser-based WebRTC SIP phone for Asterisk.

None of the existing categories quite fit a full end-user client application (Web/API Interfaces covers backend platforms, JavaScript Libraries covers importable libraries rather than full apps), so this proposes a new top-level category per the "new categories... welcome" note in CONTRIBUTING.md. Happy to fold it into a different section if you'd prefer.

Disclosure: I'm affiliated with Siperb, which maintains Browser-Phone.

Added a 'Clients' section to the README with a link to Browser-Phone.

Just checking in on this — happy to adjust the category placement or wording if that would help it move forward. Thanks for considering it!

Thanks for the nudge, and no rush on my end! Whatever placement is easiest for you to merge is fine by me — happy to have it folded into Web/API Interfaces if a standalone Clients category feels like overkill for one entry, or left as proposed if you'd rather keep the door open for more client apps later. Your call entirely.
