Because this is a minor release, the public release summary needs to move with the version bump, but README.md:51 and all eight translated READMEs still advertise v0.25.11 and describe that older release. After v0.26.0 is published, every repository landing page will therefore identify the wrong release as latest; update the English callout and its translations as part of this commit.

The only v0.26.0 feature note is the raw commit subject, so readers are not told that skillshare mcp serve now lets approval-gating clients invoke list_skills and read_skill without a write confirmation, nor given a usable example. Rewrite this as the repository's user-facing **name** — description entry with a concrete usage example; the same correction must remain synchronized in the website changelog.
