P1 Badge Synchronize all release metadata before merging

If this Release PR is merged at this SHA, the release workflow reaches release.py check with the manifest and root changelog at 0.26.0 while website/src/pages/changelog.md and skills/skillshare/SKILL.md remain at 0.25.13; the checker rejects that mismatch, preventing the tag and draft from being created. Include the synchronized website entry and built-in skill version in the release commit.

P2 Badge Update every README Latest callout for 0.26.0

Once 0.26.0 is published, README.md and all eight localized READMEs still tell visitors that v0.25.13 is the latest release and describe only its previous mcp serve feature. This minor release should update the Latest callout in README.md and README-{de,es,fr,ja,ko,pt-BR,zh-CN,zh-TW}.md together.

P2 Badge Replace the generated subject with user-facing notes

Users reading the 0.26.0 changelog see only the implementation-oriented phrase “write per-Agent native fields from the source,” which neither identifies the servers.<name>.options configuration nor explains how to use the feature. Replace the raw commit subject with the repository's normal user-facing description and a concrete YAML example before publishing it as the release notes.
