[M4] ASCII art + render #4

Make the plant actually look good in the terminal.

PR up: #14 — implements M4 (ASCII art + render).
internal/renderdraws per stage×health frames (plant visibly droops as it dries), a caption block (stage/streak/last commit/days-until-wilt), and a lipgloss color path with a pipe-safe plain fallback (--no-color / NO_COLOR / non-TTY). Root command now renders the live plant. Snapshot tests + fmt/vet/build/test all green. Not merging here — Phase 1 will pick it up next cycle once CI runs.M4: ASCII art + render pipeline (#4) (#14)
