[feature] Watering can grace period #7
Description
commit-sprout water buys the plant one extra day before it wilts — a deliberate "I'm on PTO / weekend" escape hatch.
Acceptance criteria

commit-sprout waterrecords a grace day in state - Grace days are limited/rate-limited (can't be spammed to fake a streak forever)
- Status output shows remaining grace and next wilt date
- Watering is reflected in health calc without faking the commit streak number

commit-sprout waterbuys a grace day (weekend/PTO) that shifts only the health thresholds, never the stage or streak. Guardrails: one per day (idempotent), capped at 2 in effect, and pruned by any fresh commit so it can't be banked into a fake streak.statusnow shows remaining grace + projected wilt date.
