add option behavior for override green stoplight button

Added the behavior to override the green button

1. Off it will behave like original macOS (Fullscreen) or previously uncheck the override checkbox
2. Built-in → will behave like fill screen from macOS behavior
3. Rectangle → will behave like maximize window as rectangle behavior

the reason i add built-in behavior because i realize the macOS 27 had a dim on menubar when user hide the Dock and do fill screen with hold option + click on green button
