Add new QingPing Air Monitor Lite (2022) hardware version (cgllc.airm.cgd1st)

I'm using the newer QingPing Air Monitor Lite version and it seems to work fine with the older AirQualityMonitorCGDN1 class.
Is it possible to add the new hardware as officially supported device?

This is supported by genericmiot already, so I don't think there is much to do here besides improving the genericmiot. As I have obtained this device for testing, I created #2088 to do just that & will continue to use the device to improve the support further so I am closing this now.
