Bump to 1.2.1 (build 7) and add release notes for the changes since 1.2.0.
CeolKit moved from 1.3.0 to 1.5.0, which brings %%newpage page breaks and
renumbering, a working %%ceolkit:pagenumber, ${...} footer placeholders,
warnings for unsupported footer $-tokens (and removal of $Q), \% as a literal
percent sign, I: stylesheet directives in file and tune headers, and bare %%
lines treated as comments.
The notes leave out CeolKit's new TextOutliner API, which the app doesn't use,
and the removal of font registration (#33), which users can't see because
the preview already renders glyphs as outlines.
Signed Release build verified as 1.2.1 (build 7); test suite green at 88 tests
in 10 suites. That is one fewer than 1.2.0 because #33 removed the
registration test on purpose.
