controller-runtime v0.25 deprecates scheme.Builder, and the lint fails on SA1019. Use runtime.NewSchemeBuilder as the deprecation note says. Each type still registers itself from its init().

ReadYourWritesConsistencyfeature,which ensures that all writes are reflected in subsequent reads from the default cache-backed client.
Stale client reads are arguably the biggest source of friction and sometimes bugs for controller
