Summary

Updates the README's Requirements section to reflect that Python 3.8/3.9 support was dropped in 4.0.0.

  • Bumps the minimum to Python 3.10+ (matches python_requires=">=3.10, <4" in setup.py).
  • Adds pin guidance for Python 3.8/3.9 users: pin scout-apm to <=3.5.3 (3.5.4 was skipped, so 3.5.3 is the last release supporting those versions).
  • Preserves the existing legacy (2.7 / 3.4+) pin guidance.
