docs(adr-0150): the storage move had not run on either device - #408

Read off both disks on 2026-10-07: the shared Downloads folders were never moved, and auto-download refetched favourites into Kept. Records the cause (the move checked for the folder, which constructing a store creates) and the fix in familiar-apple. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
