LGTM 🎸 .. I do suggest using timestamp (or DateTime directly) to describe DateTime. I think date is a bit misleading.

Following 5621, the cloud storage APIs have been updated. That also introduced new features such as metadata support and temporary signed URLs for private buckets.
This PR updates the
File uploadssubsection to reflect the changes that have landed to the cloud storage feature on the framework.
