App Builder

Create the requested cartoon dolphin app using the create-apps CLI with identifier a4fb6afa-195c-48ce-9dde-5229f6ff759f.

Changes

• Add apps/dolphin-cove with an original SVG dolphin, ocean scenery, and interactive splash animation and counter.
• Support mobile layouts, keyboard focus, accessible image text, and reduced motion.
• Preserve the scaffolded identifier and align React with workspace overrides; regenerate the shared lockfile.

Testing

• App build, typecheck, and lint passed.
• Root lockfile regeneration and npm ci --ignore-scripts passed against origin/master at 1c10914; verified workspace links and a single React/React DOM version.
• Playwright validated splash interaction, animation completion, reduced motion, and mobile layout without horizontal overflow. Captured final desktop screenshot.
• Storybook skipped per workspace guidance. Live App Builder validation remains after merge/deployment.
• Non-blocking Datadog plugin analytics returned HTTP 502; app bundle was generated successfully. npm reported four dependency audit findings (one high, three critical).
