Engineering Manager · Rust Engineer · Agentic Engineering
I build tools for engineers, and I still write code.
I currently lead DevPlatform AI, working on the platforms and tooling that bring AI agents into engineering workflows across an organization of 700+ engineers.
I conceived and built Skill Catalog, now the company's official platform for managing and sharing reusable AI agent skills across teams and codebases.
Before moving into developer AI, I spent years designing and operating compliance-critical financial infrastructure, including transaction screening, policy enforcement, and distributed systems supporting regulated financial flows.
That experience continues to shape how I approach engineering: explicit guarantees, predictable failure modes, traceability, and systems that can be reasoned about when things go wrong.
Rust remains my primary language. I'm particularly interested in distributed systems, developer tooling, type-driven design, and the engineering challenges behind reliable agentic software development.
I'm exploring how AI changes not just how we write code, but how we design, maintain, and reason about software.
