chore: update default jdeploy version in GitHub action to 6.1.10 - #492
CI note: build-win-x64 (11) failed in "Build Windows". The headless installer test for installer/tests/jdeploy-hello-commands reported Installation failed: Application update failed.
I don't think this PR caused it. The PR only changes the jdeploy_version default in action.yml, which this job never reads: it builds the CLI and installer from source and runs the installer jar directly. The same job passed on this commit with JDK 8, JDK 17 and Windows ARM (JDK 21). I couldn't find a recent master run of this workflow to compare against, and I don't know of an existing fix to bring in.
I tried to re-run the failed job once, but GitHub returned 403 (Resource not accessible by integration), so I don't have permission to re-run it. A maintainer can re-run it with "Re-run failed jobs" on the run. I'm still watching this PR.
