…ogy, and CI/CD quality gates (Phase 11) Implements comprehensive cloud-native containerization, Kubernetes manifests, and automated CI/CD quality gates as defined in Phase 11: - Phase 11A: Multi-stage Dockerfile (eclipse-temurin:25-jdk/jre, non-root user payflow:10001, Actuator readiness HEALTHCHECK, Generational ZGC), .dockerignore, full-stack docker-compose.yml (PostgreSQL 17, Redis 7, Apache Kafka KRaft, Ollama, Prometheus, Grafana), and Grafana telemetry dashboard. - Phase 11B: Production Kubernetes manifests (k8s/deployment.yaml, service.yaml, configmap.yaml, secret.yaml, hpa.yaml, pdb.yaml) with 30s coordinated graceful shutdown and 10s pre-stop connection draining. - Phase 11C: spotbugs-maven-plugin 4.10.4.1 (0 bugs, 0 errors), jacoco-maven-plugin 0.8.15 (enforcing 80% line / 70% branch; achieved 90% line / 73% branch across 191 tests), unit tests for security and filters, hardened GitHub Actions CI pipeline, and coverage badge. - Added ADR-028, ADR-029, and ADR-030 to docs/adr/. - Synchronized README.md, CHANGELOG.md, docs/ARCHITECTURE.md, docs/ROADMAP.md, and internal tracking documents.
