The lockfile resolves consistently (cupertino_ui 1.0.0 and the other transitive versions sit inside material_ui 1.8.0's constraints), the 1.0.x to 1.8.0 changelog has only additive changes and fixes that our usage does not reach, and pub get, format, analyze and test pass on this head. One constraint change below.

With the caret constraint in place, the lockfile still resolves material_ui 1.8.0 (sha256 matches pub.dev) under --enforce-lockfile, its transitive requirements are already satisfied, and analyze and test pass. Nothing further to change.
