Report FwHeadless failures with one exception and one status mapping - #2884
FwHeadlessClient reported FwHeadless failures in four ways: status tuples, NotFoundException/InvalidOperationException, and null or string? results. Each SyncController action turned them into HTTP responses by hand, with different status codes. Now the client throws one exception and Lexbox maps it to a status in one place.
One exception. On a non-success FwHeadless response the client throws FwHeadlessException(HttpStatusCode statusCode, string? detail) (in LexCore.Exceptions). detail comes from a problem+json body's detail (falling back to title), from a JSON-string body such as FwHeadless's NotFound<string> (unquoted), or from a plain-text body.
One mapping.ExceptionStatusCodes.Select is the StatusCodeSelector in Program.cs. FwHeadless 4xx statuses pass through (400, 404, 409, 423, ...). 401, 403 and every 5xx become 502 Bad Gateway, so a FwHeadless auth failure never tells the caller they aren't logged in. UnauthorizedAccessException → 401 is matched first and is unchanged, as is everything else → 500. It lives in its own class so the dev filter below and a unit test can use it.
The detail reaches the caller. The production exception handler writes ProblemDetails without a detail, so CustomizeProblemDetails now sets it from the FwHeadlessException.
Why AddExceptionFeatureDevExceptionFilter changes. Lexbox runs in Development locally and in the GHA integration cluster (deployment/gha/app-config.yaml), where the developer exception page replaces UseExceptionHandler and always answers 500. Without this change, CI would see 500 where production sends 404/423, and ProjectBlockingTests would fail. The filter applies the same mapping for FwHeadlessException only. Other exceptions keep their dev behaviour.
Thin actions.TriggerSync, SyncHarmony, RegenerateProjectSnapshot, BlockProject, UnblockProject, GetSyncStatus and GetBlockStatus are now just await client.X(...); return Ok(); (or return the result). The tuple, null and catch plumbing is gone. Permission checks and the existing LogError calls are unchanged.
[ProducesResponseType] attributes are unchanged, so public.yaml doesn't change. No endpoint declares 502 today, so I didn't start that convention here.
Status-code changes
Only non-success FwHeadless responses change. Every success path stays the same, and so does every response Lexbox decides itself (Forbid(), bad input, unknown project code, a transport failure reaching FwHeadless).

Side effects worth knowing:
FW Lite's TriggerFwHeadlessSync maps a trigger 403 to UnableToAuthenticate. A Lexbox Forbid() still produces 403. FwHeadless's own 403 ("Unable to authenticate with Lexbox") now arrives as 502 and shows as UnableToSync with the same message. That 403 came from a Lexbox↔FwHeadless problem, not from the user, so I think this is more accurate. Its 404 and 423 branches are unaffected. Users see no difference: the viewer's triggerFwHeadlessSync (sync-status-service.ts) ignores the status and shows the same "Failed to synchronize" toast with the error message for both.
sync-harmony and regenerate-snapshot had a catch (Exception e) => Problem(e.Message). A transport failure (FwHeadless unreachable) is still a 500, but in production its body is now the generic ProblemDetails without the exception message.
GraphQL softDeleteProject sees FwHeadlessException instead of InvalidOperationException on an unexpected FwHeadless failure. Neither is a declared [Error<>], so the GraphQL result is the same generic error.
A 200 whose body isn't valid JSON still throws JsonException (500), as before.
Deliberately left alone
ProjectSyncInProgressException from DeleteRepo/DeleteProject on 409. ProjectController.ResetProject/DeleteProject and GraphQL softDeleteProject ([Error<ProjectSyncInProgressException>]) branch on it. These methods also still treat FwHeadless 404 as success, because the repo or project is already gone.
AwaitStatus still returns a SyncJobResult with UnknownError on failure, and doesn't throw. await-sync-finished returns that result as a 200 body. Lexbox's frontend and FW Lite both branch on its status and error, so converting it would hide a real decision.
SyncMercurialAndHarmony has no started-or-not decision left: its only caller turned not-started into an error response. It now returns Task and throws like the rest.
Test plan
Updated FwHeadlessClientTests (unit, Moq.Contrib.HttpClient). It checks FwHeadlessException status and detail for a JSON-string body (unquoted), a problem+json body (detail), problem+json without detail (title) and plain text. It also checks that DeleteRepo still throws ProjectSyncInProgressException on 409.
New ExceptionStatusCodesTests: 400/404/409/423 pass through; 401/403/500/503 → 502; UnauthorizedAccessException → 401; other → 500.
Integration expectations reviewed; none need changing. ProjectBlockingTests (404 for an unknown project id, 423 plus the block reason in the body for a blocked trigger) and DeleteProjectTests (404 status after delete, 409 while syncing) cover paths whose status is unchanged. The dev-filter change keeps them true in the Development-mode CI cluster.
CI: C# unit tests, API build, GHA integration tests
#2877 (claude/lexicon-api-hardening) makes RegenerateProjectSnapshot's commitId required, in both FwHeadlessClient (signature and URL) and the SyncController action. This PR changes the same signature line (tuple → Task) and the same action body, so whichever merges second gets a small conflict. To resolve it, keep #2877's Guid commitId / [FromQuery, BindRequired] and URL building, and this PR's Task return type and thin action body.
FwHeadlessClient now throws FwHeadlessException(statusCode, detail) on any
non-success FwHeadless response, reading the detail from a problem+json body,
a JSON string body or plain text. Lexbox maps it once in the exception
handler's StatusCodeSelector: FwHeadless 4xx pass through, 401/403 and 5xx
become 502. The ProblemDetails response carries the detail, and the dev
exception page applies the same mapping so CI matches production.
SyncController actions no longer map tuples, nulls and exceptions by hand.

Walkthrough
FwHeadless client failures now raise FwHeadlessException with parsed response details. API exception handling maps these exceptions to HTTP status codes. Sync controller actions await client operations and return Ok when they complete.
The change centralizes FwHeadless error reporting. Two small follow-ups remain: invalid successful responses should be reported as 502 instead of 500, and upstream 5xx error text should not be passed through to API callers. Neither blocks normal operation.
