### Fixed

- Auto-approve resumes after IME composition ends. A recognized approval
dialog that arrived during composition could lose its rescan deadline and
stay pending once composition finished. The dialog now stays tracked while
approval is suppressed, two unsuppressed stable scans are still required
before Enter is sent, and detection resumes even when ending composition
produces no PTY output. The agy log-search dialog is recognized through
both text and VT/grid detection (#88).
