Update WebPageReplay and its inject script - #2578

Conversation
WebPageReplay moved to its own repository, and we had not updated the binaries since the move. The new version prepares the injected HTML once when the archive loads, not on every request. This removes CPU work from each replayed document response. The new deterministic.js also gives every page the same navigator.connection and navigator.onLine values, so pages that adapt to the connection behave the same in every run. The binary and the script must come from the same commit, because the binary fills in placeholders that only the new script has. Replayed metrics can change after this update.
