Refine the view_query method

The view_query method leaves things to be desired.. It should be optimized.

Seeing as #15 have been implemented, the refinement/rewrite of the view_query method should obviously include tests and extension of the fake Couchbase functionality.

The fake Couchbase class has since been removed and turned into its own package. While not currently mature for release (fake-couchbase) question is whether this should then wait until it is.
As I'm currently the only one to ask, I've decided to postpone any re-write of this method (also because I actually don't remember why I was so de-satisfied to begin with) to a later version, hence removing milestone for now.
