Configurable featured image for posts #82

Add an option to configure the size and position of the featured image on post view.

This should work similarly to https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adjusting-the-featured-images/ - that only works for the post overview, not for individual post views.

Depends on #77.
Builds on #13.
