Lead with the direct installer on Mac and Windows - #3

Conversation
The .dmg and .exe ship the moment a release is published and update themselves, so they now lead the Mac and Windows downloads, with the Mac App Store and Microsoft Store as the line underneath. Linux keeps the Snap Store first, now drawn as our own button to match, with the .deb underneath. The homepage hero's download is the brand-pink primary button. On the download page the visitor's own platform gets a pink-keyline button and the other two the plain panel style. Platform detection moves into a shared useVisitorPlatform hook so both pages use it.

Summary
.dmg/.exe. These are live as soon as a release is published (no store review), update themselves, and the Mac build isn't sandboxed, so it shares~/.smartloopwith the Docent CLI. The Mac App Store and Microsoft Store stay as the line underneath..debunderneath.useVisitorPlatformhook.If the release has no installer for a platform, Mac and Windows fall back to the store badge, as before.
